5km Run / Walk

Our very popular 5 km event, which will leave the beautiful, shady Rosalind Park and winds its way around the Queen Elizabeth Oval, back down a closed Bridge Street to Nolan Street and return.
Many beautiful sights, plenty of shade, good quality hard surfaces and a few pleasant surprises await all walkers and runners.
You’ll return to Rosalind Park via the northern end to the applause of family, friends and spectators.
This event will see runners, walkers, teams, and families all sent out in waves for a safe and happy experience.

Physiotherapy Centre Bendigo is excited to be one of the major sponsors for the ‘Bendigo Fun Run’. Our practice provides outstanding and professional physiotherapy care throughout Central Victoria. Our passion is to assist people of the Bendigo community manage injuries and health conditions, allowing them to live healthy and active lifestyles. With a fantastic group of 12 physios, an on-site hydro pool and pilates/gym studio, we have the expertise and capacity to provide excellent healthcare.
Bendigo has always been home to us (Alex and Emma Galea) and our young family. There is nothing more exciting and rewarding than being able to give back to the community that we love and admire. The opportunity to support the ‘Bendigo Fun Run’ and bring together the Bendigo community, to promote health and activity whilst raising money for Bendigo Health, is something we value greatly and cannot wait to be part of.

| BIB COLLECTION | Rosalind Park Event Village: Saturday 2nd March: Between 3:00pm – 6:00pm Sunday 3rd March: From 6:15am onwards. Bibs will NOT be posted out prior to the event. |
| AGE RESTRICTIONS | All children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult |
| START DETAILS | Wave starts 5 minutes apart. Each participant’s race time will start when they cross the line.
Participants can select their preferred wave upon registration. |
| COURSE CLOSES | 11:00 am |
| WATER / AID STATIONS | 2.5 km & 4km There will be drink and aid stations, manned by local volunteer groups, along all course routes and at the start and finish locations. Please note these are water only. |
| ENTRY FEES | Early Bird Entry Fee: $40.00 (Up to midnight 31st January 2024) |
| Regular Entry Fee: $50.00 (From 1st February to midnight Friday 1st March 2024) |
